2 Iranian sailors released from Qatari prison

TEHRAN – Two Iranian sailors, who had been arrested for illegal entry into Qatar’s territorial waters, were released from detention, Iran’s ambassador to Doha has said. 
 
Following intensive diplomatic efforts by the consular section of the Iranian Embassy in Doha the sailors were allowed to return home, Ambassador Abdollah Sohrabi said.
